Woodforest National Bank continues its support with an additional $3,000,000 donation.
17-September, 2014
Recently Woodforest National Bank (WNB) and its Board of Directors presented the Woodforest Charitable Foundation (WCF) with a $3,000,000 donation.
Throughout Woodforest National Bank's 32 years of providing top customer service and quality products it has also created a legacy of dedicated community support. In 2005 WNB fulfilled a commitment to itself by creating the Woodforest Charitable Foundation with an initial contribution of $1,000,000 and continues to provide annual funding.
Through dedicated leadership WCF provides funding to not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organizations in the communities that WNB serves throughout 17 states. Woodforest National Bank branches perform weekly fundraisers that benefit WCF in addition to the many hours of in-kind donations through employee volunteer hours and financial literacy training.
