Woodforest Charitable Foundation donates $10,000 to The Samaritan Inn

Samaritan Inn Receives $10,000 Donation

MCKINNEY, TX – The Samaritan Inn receives a $10,000 donation from Woodforest Charitable Foundation.

The Samaritan Inns' mission is to assist the needs of individuals and families before, during, and after a homeless situation.  The Inn provides a secure and clean place to live at no cost.  The Samaritan Inn also offers classes in a variety of life skills such as parenting, budgeting, job training.  Within this nurturing environment, experienced caseworkers assess each resident and their needs to develop an individual program plan with a goal of independence.  Established in 1984, The Samaritan Inn is still the largest homeless program in a county of over 762,000 residents.
