Woodforest Charitable Foundation donates $3,100 to Maryland Food Bank

Maryland Food Bank Receives $3,100 Donation

BALTIMORE, MD – Woodforest Charitable Foundation recently made a $3,100 donation to support Maryland Food Bank’s two operating facilities.  The Maryland Food Bank was founded in 1979 to address the growing needs of people seeking emergency food assistance in Maryland.  Since then, the Food Bank has grown their food distribution, operations, and programs to better serve more than 300 agencies, including soup kitchens, food pantries, emergency shelters, after-school programs, senior centers, and other feeding programs.
