Freestore Food Bank receives $545 donation from Woodforest Charitable Foundation.

Cincinnati, OH – On a continual basis Woodforest National Bank employees perform a multitude of fundraising events benefitting the Woodforest Charitable Foundation.  Both Woodforest National Bank and Woodforest Charitable Foundation are committed to making a positive impact in the communities in which Woodforest serves. This partnership benefits the community and organizations such as Freestore Foodbank, which recently received a $545 donation, from the Woodforest Charitable Foundation.
Freestore Foodbank was established in 1971, by Frank Greson. Now, under the leadership of Kurt Reiber, the Freestore Foodbank is one of the largest food banks in Ohio. They serve 20 counties, partnering with 275 community partner agencies to distribute over 19 million meals annually. Their mission is to provide food and services, create stability, and further self-reliance for people in crisis.
Freestore Foodbank has numerous programs that support a wide array of those in need, some include; Kids Café, Power Pack Program, Clothing Assistance, Cincinnati Cooks, Mobile Pantry, Summer Feeding Program, and the KIND Program.
